The Disaster Gay Detective Agency (2026)
Lev AC Rosen
"Rosen delivers a story that is both laugh-out-loud funny and punch-you-in-the-gut/heart vulnerable in the very aptly named Disaster Gay Detective Agency. Disasters they may be, but the love and loyalty they share with their little found family is the heart and soul of this anxiety-ridden murder mystery. Can't wait to see what they stumble into next!"

A Zoom With a View (2026)
Jess Cannon
"Jess Cannon's debut absolutely nails what I love about cozy mysteries: a fun setting, quirky cast of characters, satisfying mystery, and most importantly, a flawed and fascinating protagonist. Cannon's fresh, fun voice and that bombshell ending leave me eager to return to Blue Oak for Leo's next adventure!"

The Best Little Motel in Texas (2026)
Lyla Lane
"Lyla Lane not only gives us a fascinating and unique setting for a cozy mystery, but fun, interesting characters written with humor, depth, and vulnerability. Can't wait to see what other adventures Cordelia and the Chicks get up to!"
